I had my apartment on the market for over a year with previous agent and Gus managed to sell it less than 3 months on the market. Open house was arranged weekly and Gus always updated me with the progress regularly. From communication side, I was very happy with how Gus handled it as he is easy to be contacted and always gave me a call back if he was busy. My impression after I worked with Gus is: he is honest and reliable. He works very hard to ensure both buyer and seller are satisfied.
